The human body becomes physically subservient to nicotine and suffers moderate to severe symptoms when it is withdrawn.
Although challenging to quit smoking, it is possible to attain. It requires consciousness to all or one of three separate items. An alternate is command of the addiction of lighting up a cigarette when reading, drinking, after a meal or just kicking back.
